Pour 240ml of milk into a saucepan
Add 0.5 teaspoon of Hearty Spices Turmeric Latte Mix

You can adjust the quantity of latte mix added to your milk based on your taste preference as well. Add less of the spice mix if you find the taste too strong and more of it if you prefer a stronger taste.
Studies show that curcumin in turmeric is best absorbed by the body when consumed hot, which is why we recommend drinking it hot. However, Hearty Spices Turmeric Latte Mix can be made with cold milk as well. The steps to make it with cold milk are slightly different as follows:
In a bowl, combine 0.5 teaspoon of Hearty Spices Turmeric Latte Spice Mix with 20-30 ml of cold milk.
Whisk the ingredients to make a paste.
Add the paste to a large cup and add ice cubes.
Fill up the cup with an additional 200ml of milk.

Yes, you can use a microwave oven to heat the milk, add the mix and prepare the latte.
You can add Hearty Spices Turmeric Latte Mix to any milk of your choice. We love mixing it with plant based milks like Soya Milk, Almond Milk, Oat Milk and Coconut Milk, but dairy milks work perfectly well too!
Some plant based milk has little to no fat. As turmeric is a fat-soluble spice, some studies have shown that the curcumin component of turmeric is more easily absorbed by the body if added to or taken along with fats. That’s why we recommend adding 1 to 2 drops of oil if you are mixing the latte mix with plant based milk. However, if you are having the latte along with a meal containing fats, this optional step is not necessary.
Yes you can add Hearty Spices Turmeric Mix to hot water and drink it. However, you will get the best taste when you add it to milk.
Yes there will naturally be some sediments in your cup of turmeric latte, and it is completely safe to drink them. However, if you prefer to reduce or remove these sediments, please refer to the next question below.
